LOCATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Zemaitija National park is situated near Plung\u00e9 in Lithuania in North – Western part of Lithuania.<\/p>\n

SCENIC CHARACTER <\/strong><\/p>\n

A one kilometre walking trail is situated in the northern part of the \u017demaitija National Park, about 11 km from the \u017demaitija National Park Administration Plateliai Visitor Centre. The coordinates of the starting point of the trail are: 364875, 6223471 (LKS) or 21.826587, 56.125956 (WGS).<\/p>\n

This trail of natural paving has plenty of helpful signposts to ensure you don\u2019t get lost and there is a National Park Information Board at the starting point. Exclusive to the trail experience is: Mikytai altar hill, stone with a Devils footprint and the Mikytai landscape reserve.<\/p>\n

There are a lot different walking trails in the area. You can choose short or long trails, each with a different character and providing a different challenge according to your level of fitness. Whichever trail you choose you can be sure to enjoy magnificent nature all around in this wonderful landscape.<\/p>\n
