LOCATION<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Rostock, the largest city in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, is located in the north German state and situated on the Warnow river; the district of Warnem\u00fcnde, 12 kilometres (7 miles) north of the city centre, is directly on the Baltic Sea coast. Rostock is another hanseatic city with many gothic churches and buildings, holding the oldest university in the world, the University of Rostock, founded in 1419. Rostock has many water activities to offer if you want to explore fully the city because it began its story by the water. You can join on canoeing tour or two-person kayak activity and observe wonderful urban and maritime sceneries at your own speed. The city is a calm place due to many cosy garden parks and lovely marina port is suitable for relaxing time, but get very live in summer when annual Hanse Sail festival and jazz festival, Ostsee-Jazz takes places attracting more then million visitors! Also Rostock cannot be imagined without its seaside in Warnem\u00fcnde where everyone can practise active water sports or watch romantic sunsets at the beach, admire the lighthouse, stay overnigh in maritime flair of old houses. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Watersports in Warnem\u00fcnde such as windsurfing and kitesurfing, rent a motorboat or try banana boat for lots of fun on high speed. Relaxing time at the beach chair is also a must for relaxation. Visit the Iga Park in Warnem\u00fcnde where many activities for families such as lovely walking in beautiful gardens, active fitness trail, interesting miniature park, miniature golf \u2013 a very entertaining park for families with children).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
