LOCATION
The Calvary Road can be found in Plunge district, close to motorway 164 Mažeikiai–Plungė–Tauragė, in the territory of National Park of Samogitia.

ATTRACTIONS
The town has preserved the IX-XIII century characteristic road and street network, a number of archaeological, architectural, artistic, sacral and other cultural heritage and natural values. The terrain of the town is truly impressive. The town is famous for the fact that since the 17th century is the path of Christ’s suffering with 19 chapels and a church dedicated to Mary.
Every year in July, there is a festival of the Samogitian Kalvarian feast, which brings together many Christian believers who come to visit the chapels and pray. You can also find a mound of Samogitian Kalvarija (St. John’s Hill), a graveyard in Garda.
