LOCATION
Pojezierze Drawskie is a region in the north-western part of Poland, located entirely within the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Bigger towns located in this region: Szczecinek, Czaplinek and Drawsko Pomorskie are communicated with trains and roads with central Poland.
ATTRACTIONS
Pojezierze Drawskie is famous for its beautiful landscapes and various animal species inhabiting this area. There are over 250 larger lakes and many smaller ones. In order to protect the unique fauna and flora of the region the Drawski Landscape Park was created. Pojezierze Drawskie encourages tourists to rest actively. It is a real paradise for anglers, sailors and divers. Tourism is thriving especially at Drawsko Lake and Lubie Lake, which are known for beautiful beaches and marinas. Numerous tourist routes – hiking, cycling as well as canoeing, are a good opportunity to explore the area. What’s more, the cities of the region, such as Drawsko Pomorskie, Stare Drawsko or Szczecinek, offer many monuments worth seeing.
