LOCATION
Malmö is the third largest city in Sweden situated by the Öresund Strait. The strait separates Denmark from Sweden. There is a combined road and rail bridge (Öresund Bridge) connecting Malmö to Copenhagen. Malmö has its own airport and is also available from the sea. The city is the capital of the Swedish county of Scania, 55°36′N 13°00′E.

SCENIC CHARACTER
Malmö has many old buildings that were built in the 16thcentury and restored beautiful mansions.You may go for a walk to several parks with exotic species of birds and colourful plants, especially to Pildammsparken – the biggest English garden in Sweden. You may admire many squares that were constructed hundreds of years ago. The city tends to be friendly for pedestrians, because many of the roads are closed. People who are tired of walking around for hours may choose between numerous cafes or pubs. The phenomenal Öresund Bridge which consists of an artificially made island will help to admire a beautiful landscape.
ATTRACTIONS
Malmö has a beach called “Scandinavian Copacabana” with both sand and big green lawns. The beaches are walking areas all year round. Malmö Museer is located in the Nordic oldest surviving renaissance castle. The city is cyclist-friendly with its over 400 kilometres of bike paths. Over 450 restaurants, bistros and cafes where you may savour flavours from all over the world. The city is also a good place for shopping.
