The Art Centre Gallery EL in Elbląg has an unusual seat – the old former Dominican gothic church – Virgin Marys’ church. This kind of seat makes this place very unique. A gallery in such a place is something rarely seen. Exhibitions in the Art Centre Gallery EL in Elbląg present mainly contemporary art which coincides very well with the old gothic building. There is a special two-storey glass and steel construction inside, where some works are presented. The gallery in Elbląg is also a good place for organising many international meetings of artists. Besides, the gallery presents various types of art. The Art Centre Gallery EL hosts a jazz music festival.
