ATTRACTION DESCRIPTION
The opera in Szczecin has existed for over 60 years, but the castle was not the seat from the very beginning. The current seat of the opera in Szczecin makes it a mysterious place, but also very pleasant and modern. There are two concert halls in today’s building: the main hall for 550 people and the chamber one for 100 people. The halls in this opera have the latest technical equipment and that’s why the opera has one of the best acoustic conditions in Europe. The repertoire includes operas, operettas, performances, ballets, concerts and musicals. If you would like to organise a costume party ball, you can borrow a costume from the opera.
