LOCATION
Łeba is a town situated near Lake Łebsko and Lake Sarbsko and the mouth of the Łeba River. It is communicated with the Tri-City by roads and by rail. The resort is located in Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland, 54°46′N 17°33′E.

SCENIC CHARACTER
The town that was rebuilt in a slightly different location some centuries ago (because of storms and waves) is a popular summer resort nowadays. Many artists drew inspiration from the beauty of nature of this town after the First World War. You will find the only religious painting by famous German expressionist painter Max Pechstein (who lived in Łeba) at the Assumption of Virgin Mary’s Church, the old fishing church from the 17thcentury. A yacht port in Łeba which is surrounded by a pine forest is a picturesque place. An unforgettable view is from the highest moving sand dune called Łącka Góra. There are several interesting fishing buildings from the 19thcentury in Łeba.

A lot of bars, cafes, restaurants, also with local cuisine and a tourist information centre. Many places to stay – also available in nearby villages. An excellent place for windsurfing, fishing, biking, horse-riding. Łeba’s marina which can guest 120 vessels. Baltic sea food available from several ships. The largest dinosaur park in Poland. Ruins of the V2 rocket launcher.
