LOCATION

Skjoldenæsholm Tram Museum is located in the Ringsted, the main city in Ringsted municipality, which is situated in the center of the Danish island of Zealand. It is well communicated. You can get there by car from any part of Europe. Of course, it is also possible to travel to Zealand by sea. The Danmark is well known of its bike paths. There is a railway station in Roskilde. ATRACTION DESCRIPTION

Skjoldenæsholm Tram Museum assembled an astonishing collection of trams, buses and trolleybuses. The museum is founded by volunteers and hobbists, which creates a unique atmosphere of true passion. The aim is to keep the vehicles in good condition and create a possibility to experience a ride in an tram for the visitors. The museum has about 300 meters of railroad, and visitors are encouraged to take a tour.
