ATTRACTIONS
The founder of the farmstead – Lithuanian artist, hewer Vilius Orvidas. From 1973 he and his father brought stones destined to be broken into pieces – he wanted to inspire life into the stones and resurrect them for a second life. The soviet government did not like his activities very much, therefore it tried to disturb and destroy what was created.
Whoever is looking for peace and inspiration and wants to get to know oneself better is welcome here. There are many different religions in the museum – Catholic, Pagan, Buddhism and astrological sign’s reflections. One can also see other works of V. Orvidas and other artists made of stone and wood. One can also a huge collection of ancient things, and even a real tank amongst them.
