LOCATION

Puck is a city situated near the mouth of the Płutnica on the west coast of the Bay of Puck (Puck Bay). It is communicated with the Tri-City by roads and by rail. The city is located in Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland, 54°43′N 18°25′E.

SCENIC CHARAKCTER

This historic place with fishing traditions is located on the coast of the Bay of Puck which is available only for small yachts and fishing boats because the depth of the bay is 2 to 6 metres. You may admire clean water, beautiful sandy beaches (with guarded swimming areas) and the Hel Peninsula. One can breathe fresh air (full of scent of iodine). The Bay of Puck is a right place for people who like windsurfing, kitesurfing or sailing. You may admire the unforgettable landscape from the pier. You may also see the old market square with the Town Hall from the 19thcentury, townspeople houses from the 18th/19thcenturies and the tower of the church established in the 14thcentury.

ATTRACTION

Many restaurants with fresh local sea food, bars, cafes. Many apartments rented for tourists, most of them with a really nice view of the Bay of Puck. Walking through the rectangular market square with tenement houses even from the 18thcentury with decorative turrets. Memorial to the Poland’s wedding to the sea that symbolizes restored Polish access to the Baltic Sea after the First World War.
