LOCATION
The Museum of Technology and Transport is located in Szczecin. This is the capital of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland. Szczecin is located near the Polish-German border and is communicated with main Polish cities by roads and railways. ATTRACTION DESCRIPTION
The Museum of Technology and Transport in Szczecin is an attraction for children and adults. Visiting the museum you can learn about the history of automotive vehicles or Szczecin’s public transport. Motorcycles and cars were produced on the territories of present-day Poland before the Second World War. You can see a motorcycle from around 1919 (Alba brand) and a car from 1932 (Stoewer brand) and also many newer vehicle models (like Polish cars: Syrena or Warszawa). You can find prototypes of Polish vehicles in this museum. Besides, you can admire several old buses and trams – even from the 1920s. There is also an exhibition of vehicles used by the army, the police and fire brigade.
