LOCATION
The museum was founded in a typical Curonian Spit residential house in a former sand dune in Nida village. The museum can be accessed by car, bus or passenger boat from Klaipeda or the opposite side of the Curonian Lagoon coast.

ATTRACTIONS
It is one of the most visited museums in West Lithuania. Writer Thomas Mann spent three summers with his family in Nida (1930-1932). Nowadays, one can not only visit a small exhibition, but also participate in international Th. Mann festival, that takes place annually in July.
Museum’s collection is made up of photos, books, and copies of documents reflecting life and works of T. Mann. No authentic items have remained in the Museum.
