ATTRACTIONS
The area of the Połczyn Zdrój municipality, which is largely part of the Drawsko Landscape Park, is one of the most charming parts of Western Pomerania. Połczyn Zdrój is a health resort, located on the river Wogra. It is a tourist center where rheumatic, neurological and infertility disorders are treated. It is also a center of a mineral water plant. The municipality has 11 lakes with a total area of approximately 450 hectares. Thanks to the last glaciations of the Cenozoic era, the relief is very diverse, and the moraine uplands cut by deep valleys of rivers located in the southern part of the municipality are called “Połczyn Switzerland”. There are two nature reserves and several dozen species of plants and animals under strict protection. Three hiking trails, a horse trail, and three cycling routes.
