Establishment and maintenance of gardens is possible due to the location of Dobrzyca in a warm climate zone. The area of the gardens is over 4 hectares. The idea of gardens is contact with nature and providing aesthetic experience. Therefore, the plants have been exposed in specially designed compositions and without nameplates. The gardens have been divided thematically, into: Japanese, French, Mediterranean, stone, rock, water, herbal, vegetable. You can find gardens of the senses. They stimulate the eyesight (white, blue-yellow, lilac-pink, purple, fire, sunny and shadow), smell, sound. In the gardens there are also caves, an observation platform and numerous elements of small architecture: bridges, pergolas, treasures, fountains, sculptures.
A separate exhibition is the Hortulus Spectabilis Gardens. Their central point is the hornbeam labyrinth. The labyrinth has an area of 1 hectare and was made of 18 thousand seedlings. The total length of the corridors is estimated at over three kilometers. A walk among nearly two meter high walls provides an unforgettable experience. At the heart of the labyrinth there is an observation tower, referring to the construction of a double helix of DNA. With high clarity of air, you can see the sea from it. The labyrinth is surrounded by gardens occupying the next six hectares of Magic, Energy, Time and Space.
