LOCATION
Dźwirzyno is a village located on the seashore of the Baltic Sea in the north-western part of Poland, very close to Resko Przymorskie Lake, 12 km west of the Kołobrzeg city and 98 km north-east of the Szczecin city. Dźwirzyno is a health resort specialized in respiratory and cardiatic diseases, GPS 54°16′N 15°40′E.
SCENIC CHARACTER
Dżwirzyno is famous for beautiful and breathtaking beaches, clean seawater, white, tiny particles of sand shining like diamonds in the sun and air full of iodine. Town is surrounded not only by the beaches but also by peaceful forests. Long and quiet seashore lined with a bet of dunes is ideal for long walks and gives a lot of opportunities for anglers. Fishermen will also be satisfied with angling on Resko Przymorskie Lake, connected with Dźwirzyno town by a short shallow channel.
ATTRACTIONS
Dźwirzyno is perfect place to relax by hiking, biking, angling and sailing not only in the summer but through all year round. There are many options for active breaks like cycling paths (of a total length of 70km) and walking paths with a health route in a seaside forest with 15 fitness stations, horse riding stables, paramotoring and of course water sports. The place is ideal to relax, to spend time with family and friends enjoying the unique nature, especially observing the birds and listening to the sounds of forest.
